Lead’s and manages the SP’s to exceed expectations as a high performance supplier.

Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels from factory Floor to Board level

Be accountable for all Production Operations related activities within the assigned SP/s.

Drive the Tapestry strategies across to build strong and effective cross-functional relationships with the service provider.

Drive recommendations to improve process, record keeping and resulting actions in the SP’s quality assurance systems.

Experience or education in management science and engineering, operations engineering, operations research, or industrial engineering.

Capture best practices of production systems and manage organizational knowledge and lessons-learned.

Lead inter-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to develop and manage production strategy, mitigate future risks, and seize emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-departmental partners in supply chain, engineering, operations, and finance groups to synchronize efforts.

Manage production workforce development efforts to ensure technicians and engineers are trained, qualified, and incentivized to perform their assigned roles.

5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing, military, aerospace and/or automotive environment.

Support with factory communication related to Purchase Orders, sample management, and more

Own management of EDI processes for wholesale partners (including sending ASNs and invoices)

Comfortable with data management in Google Suite (specifically Google Sheets) and Excel

Responsible for in-office sample management, including but not limited to:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and / or 2 - 3 years work experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
