Prior internship or co-op experience; manufacturing experience; student organization and/or other leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

Analytical skillset for data tracking and results analysis

Technical and performance management skills

Candidates with supervisor/managerial experience preferred

College Degree (or relevant work/training experience)

Level (2) to mid-level (5 plus) years’ experience

Problem solving and visual mechanic skills (blue prints and descriptions)

Learn and apply written safety procedures.

Develops comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities.

Develops comprehensive knowledge of panel and lumber grades

Develops knowledge of lumber math and efficient utilization of materials and develops a full understanding of cuts and yields.

Develops detailed knowledge of product costing.

Develops working knowledge of the budget and expense control process.

Develops working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, efficiency standards, and safety.
