Production Hub Specialist Jobs

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Prefer knowledge in project management, system development, or organizational change management

Participate in HR IT topics related to managing application controls and change management

Previous Internships or work experience in Corporate environments preferred

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

Strong written and oral communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in Finance or Accounting.

Prepare variance analysis of expenditures and roll-up to corporate finance

Perform finance administration tasks, including accounts payable/receivable processing

3+ years of financial and accounting experience

Experience with Oracle, EPM, OBIEE, and Hyperion

Ability to manage multiple projects, as well as large amounts of data with competing priorities

Excellent knowledge of Results Based Management

Strong knowledge of UN programme management systems

A project/programme management certification would be an asset.

Develop, coordinate and provide training on results-based management.

Teams adhere to UN Women’s Rules, Regulations, policies and procedures, using a results-based management approach

Ability to synthesize program performance data and produce analytical reports to inform management and strategic decision-making

Designing pages, packages and modules using newsroom’s content management systems, Newscycle, and outside software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Intellitune and Illustrator

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Occasionally working with reporters and editors

Resource system to optimize production

Employ creativity to present all information in easy-to-read, visually appealing, informative and energetic design

Conceiving, creating, editing or producing various types of content. Depending on the department, this may include maps, timelines, documents and graphics
