Production Control Planner Jobs

Experience in Production Planning or Project Management is a required qualification.

Ability to respond to detailed inquiries and present information to groups and senior management.

Ability to perform with greater independence and judgment, receiving general supervision from senior management.

Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to review proposed changes and establish Engineering Change Order (ECO) affectivity. Execute ECO implementation requirements.

Demonstrate the ability to operate in a regulated industry with working knowledge of ISO and regulatory restrictions.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in operating/evolving planning systems such as Adexa, JDA, 09, or Kinaxis.

Planning, scheduling and monitoring of production requirements.

Review current orders for potential issues and notify manager of changes that could affect the delivery schedule

Use ERP Reports to review/control inventory requirements and work in process.

Coordinate important material deliveries with buyer to manage shortages.

Perform other duties as assigned by the department Manager.

Good verbal and written skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning & inventory control within an ERP environment

Certification in APICS or equivalent is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM).

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
