Overview

We are looking to add Production Associates at our warehouse in Pottstown, PA.

Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18 - $20/hr depending on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $1500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months. Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments).

Responsibilities

• Assembling product and parts for distribution
• Back up for Team Members
• Picking Product per Orders
• Staging outgoing freight and pick up orders
• Checking in and putting away incoming product
• Pouring Media per Orders

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Forklift experience a plus but not required
• Dependable, organized, can work individually or as part of a team, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, works well under deadlines
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to work in a hot/cold temperatures
