4+ years of experience leading projects, which includes business, product management, QA Objectives

Leadership skills to effectively manage and grow a team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience required

ASE Master Certification (A1-A8) / Advance Engine Performance (L1) desired

8-10 years as a manager in Automotive industry providing direction for supervisors/managers and exempt employees

Strong technical acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills

At least 10+ years of experience in within the building products industry

4 years of working knowledge in Engineering and/or Compliance

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure product certifications are achieved in a timely manner.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

Background and knowledge in quality management methods, tools (i.e. 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA etc.)

Previous experience/knowledge of SMA process

Root cause analysis knowledge and experience

You will manage production performance as collecting data, analyzing, checking, modifying and implementing/updating production processes, methods and tools

Participate in ongoing and new tooling, materials, or equipment qualification.
