Five (5) years Utilization Management, Appeals/Grievances Management or Pharmacy Management experience required

Identify problems within the UM/CM, Appeals/Grievance Management and Pharmacy products and communicate them through established change management process.

Provide Solutions approval as required by the release management process.

Three to five years of health plan or managed care experience, preferred

Previous experience translating business requirements into system configuration,

Proficient with Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and Document Management

10+ years of digital product management experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams

Proven experience working in an Agile environment, SAFe certification a plus*

Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

Lead and mentor product owners and business analysts as the Product Manager on a Release Train within our SAFe delivery framework

Experience driving product vision, design discussions, and developing new products & technologies

Knowledge of full product development lifecycle

Strong product management experience and Business Analyst skills with experience in all phases of SDLC & Agile Methodology

Demonstrated knowledge of hospital information management and electronic medical record systems

Competent in expectations management and prioritizing workload to meet deliverables

12+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Industry

Min. 7+ years of experience working with Healthcare Provider Client's , Like Hospitals, Clinics etc.

Excellent communication skills using PPT, word, excel - clearly articulate ideas to both technical and business teams

2+ years of current experience as a Product Manager, with Agile experience delivering high-impact software products throughout the lifecycle.

Strong intuition and acumen relative to user experience and a knowledge of what makes a product experience great

Strong analytical skills and experience defining and measuring product metrics.
