Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a dynamic and fast-paced organization

Product backlog management, feature definition, requirements analysis, functional design/specifications, solution delivery, testing, user training, TCM (transition change management)

Gather business requirements from stakeholders across Business Units, regions, and Finance

Strong business requirements gathering, networking, and influencing skills

Work with stakeholders to define, prioritize, deploy, sustain, enhance, and when needed sunset process capabilities

Highly skilled at understanding complex business problems while connecting multiple dots

Strong knowledge on scrum and agile software development methodologies, product backlog understanding and management, user stories knowledge

Must have project management skills to lead the agile development team and running agile ceremonies

Master Data Management and/or Profisee

Willing to deconstruct requirements and information into smaller categories in order to draw conclusions

Share knowledge effectively within the work team.

Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills
