New Product Introduction Program Manager Jobs in Arkansas

This is based on a scenario within our marketplace

Working Backwards Document Review with a member of the Product Team

Meet with Head of Product or Head of Strategy and Operations (George Markoulakis or Wyatt Amaral)

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) is preferred.

- Establish and implement auditing processes to ensure compliance with product management standards and guidelines.

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, project management frameworks, and Agile/Scrum practices.

- Familiarity with product management frameworks and practices (e.g., Scrum, Lean, MVP) is a plus.

-Experience of Unity 3D, Hololense or similar projects is highly desirable

You have strong lateral leadership skills (emotional intelligence, situational leadership competencies, stakeholder management).

You bring entrepreneurial skills or experience.

You lead the project team by defining priorities, deliverables, and milestones, as well as serve as a facilitator and conflict manager.

You have an agile mindset, agile product development know-how and a deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies.

You have experience with the definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.

You have outstanding communication skills in English (oral, written, empathic, winning others over, across hierarchies).
