Key Responsibilities

Position reports directly to Manager, PNC China Product Innovation

Lead and drive Innovation project:

• Support launch into new markets through provision of product information for retailer deck
• Liaise with contract manufacturers to ensure time efficient innovation objectives are met to launch on EC channel -Support provision of market specific content for EC launch
• Overall project and timeline management and coordinate with cross function team on product launch
• Utilizing data sources (Nielsen, Euromonitor and other 3rd party) to support and highlight opportunities

Work collaboratively with stakeholders (USA team, regulatory, sales, quality, operations, product) to manage USA NPD project and product launch in EC channel related development of products through process ensuring following KPIs are met:

• Product on-time launch (with support from USA)
• Pricing / Margin plan
• Launch volumes forecast
• Innovation launch campaign plan support
• Packaging (design and delivery)
• Overall project and timeline management

Day-in-Day-out project management:

• Keep key stake holder from Market & Sales team updated
• Regular weekly connection with USA team
• Leadership to ensure necessary decision making (about Marketing and sales related aspects) on time with multi-function team.
• Exchange China needs with sufficient data analysis

Demonstrates leadership and promote the values, image and role of Solid Gold to our staff, partners, suppliers and customers

Job Requirements

• Business Degree or 3+ years’ experience in innovation development and launch
• Both Mandarin and English can be used as working languages
• Experience in FMCG
• 1 years above experience on brand marketing and who have experienced to own a brand or line-up from end-to-end (innovation to marketing plan develop and execution) preferred.
