● Identify suppliers of goods and services that meet project and operational requirements

● Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements

● Visit suppliers to further relationships, understand new product offerings, and represent the company

● Work closely with managers to forecast future needs

● Build rolodex of backup and alternative suppliers, partners, and vendors of goods and services

● Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders

Experience in managing procurement change management activities

You will own control and management of P2P tools, protecting company assets, and compliance with policies, both corporate and regulatory.

Perform detailed analysis of business processes to provide system solutions; deliver business requirement collection, interpretation, validation, and documentation.

Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, IT, Controls to establish both short- and long-term business objectives.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience

7+ years of P2P Operations, Application, and Integration Experience
