Experience working as part of a remote team as we have Certa teammates around the globe

5+ years experience in developing, launching, and taking to market procurement products

Experience leading initiatives in a fast paced environment

Demonstrable Sales / go-to-market skills and ability to drive zero to one

Responsible for Raw Materials & Haulers Procurement. Manage buyers to fulfill plant needs daily needs.

Develop & Maintain Performance KPI's to manage transaction backlog for P2P process

Manage local agreements, ensuring that established objectives are met, and/or recommend adjustments, as required

Manage all P2P transactions related to local/spot purchasing for RMX & AGG business units

Ensure working capital strategy by managing Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) and supply chain finance targets

Further integrate the business and shared services to improve payment performance and vendor relationship

Experience in leading Delivery teams, migration, implementation, or managed services operations of technology services engagements for organizations.

Master's degree in Management, Technical or Engineering field.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or a similar role.

Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud-native applications development.

Experience with data center migration strategies while collaborating with channel partners and systems integrators.

3-5 years of strong people development and team management experience

Manage the development and growth of CoE team members in the US

Experience delivering consulting projects or managing internal transformational projects

Motivated to manage many stakeholders and a fast changing company environment

Experience working with directly with senior leadership on a day-to-day basis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence senior leadership and clients

5-10 years as a Project Manager leading the detailed design phase of pharmaceutical design-build projects.

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, P.E. preferred.

Strong business acumen in project planning, scheduling, and managing budgets

Hands-on team player and fast learner with great time management skills

Manages alignment of contracted terms and conditions with Purchase Orders and Vendor master data

Demonstrated knowledge of Purchasing principles, processes, and practices

Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite experience a plus
