Process Tech Jobs

Perform all documentation associated with quality checks and data entry.

1- 2 years’ experience in quality testing / manufacturing are preferred

Solid math skills are required along with basic reading and writing skills

Basic knowledge of the lab’s equipment such as: Refractometer, pH meter, Auto titrator, Density Meter, Turbidity Meter are required

Knowledge of OSHA Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and an understanding of the control of Hazardous Energy are needed

Must possess knowledge of sanitation and food handling standards or GMP preferred

5 yrs hands on experience

Day to day responsibilities include:

Five years of hands-on practical experience preferred

Working knowledge of IQMS system and basic PC literacy is required

Work Keys Mathematics and Technical aptitude testing to be considered

Prepares systems, equipment, materials, and components for use during the production process

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Prior industrial experience or training such as Process Technology program

Self-Starter with good interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to meet the following physical requirements:

Troubleshoot, rebuild. repair, and replace processing equipment components as needed

Unload and wash trucks, tank containers, and other bulk methods of transporting oil

Excellent organization, operations, people management, and problem solving skills are essential.

Inventory Management and Case Cart Build

Position requires rotating weekend and on-call requirements.

Exposure to the Operating Room environment is a requirement.

Preferred: Previous experience gained in a surgical or sterile processing setting.
