Process Innovation Director Jobs

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a hands-on management style

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all initiatives they are managing with particular focus on financial performance

Excellent change ownership and facilitation skills

Experience extracting data and building visualizations using tools such as JMP, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Experience supporting complex process improvement initiatives

Six Sigma certification a plus

Excellent organizational skills: Proactive, management of multiple tasks of varied complexity simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills and strategic problem-solving ability; ability to predict issues and identify solutions.

Negotiation and strong persuasive abilities, diplomacy and positive influencing abilities.

The position reports into the Chief R&D Officer and

Lead Process Innovation group, develop organization, recruit, hire and develop scientists and engineers.Maintain succession plan.

Identify and prioritize continuous improvement innovation opportunities for our plants.Maintain full pipeline of projects.
