Well organized, with excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills

Manage all private estate/commercial needs

Provide education related to the needs of the estates and unique plants/trees

Oversee and manage/Zen Garden, green garden at the commercial property

Knowledge of plants, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning

Experience developing and managing budgets

Knowledge of lawn, tree, shrub, and garden care.

Weed and pest control knowledge.

2 years of grounds maintenance or construction experience required.

Strong irrigation system experience. (Irrigation Licenses a plus).

Tree, shrub, and annual flower knowledge.

Full-time salaried position starting at $40K DOE with benefits.
