Private Credit Investment Associate Jobs in Florida

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.

Extensive knowledge and experience in acquisitions and due diligence processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound investment decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders.

Credit & Investment Analyst (hybrid/remote)

Preferred experience/exposure to: Multi-family, debt placement, asset management

Utilizing superb organization skills to manage file details and keep “file" organization complete and audit ready.

Support Capital Raising & Investor Relations Team, Capital Markets team and Asset Management team

Solid analytical and financial modeling skills

2 plus years prior analyst experience
