The Principal VMWare Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of virtualized systems and applications on the VMware platform. This includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the VMware environment, including troubleshooting, patching, and performance tuning. The Principal VMWare Systems Administrator will also be responsible for the development and implementation of best practices and standards for the VMware environment. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the VMware environment, including the monitoring and maintenance of the environment. The Principal VMWare Systems Administrator will also be responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the VMware environment.
