Principal Foundry Yield Engineer Jobs

Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

Starting hourly rate of $19.50

Develops, administers, and corrects weld tests to ASME IX requirements

Tracks certifications and other training progress of all team members

Maintains program and key customer certifications

Perform inspections in accordance with code and project requirements

Successful qualification of two PED Welding tests

5 plus years welding experience in a Foundry or related environment

Required Education, Experience, And Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of the market dynamics, customer needs, and industry standards related to ceramic media and its applications.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, negotiate contracts, and build strategic alliances.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our ceramic media products in the foundry industry.

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales objectives.

Previous manufacturing, machine operating, and/or foundry setting experience is not required, but it is preferred.

Base pay for all shifts is $21.38

2nd Shift - $1.00 premium ($22.38)

3rd Shift - $.50 premium ($21.88)

Shift Times Vary - They can run between 8 and 12 hours.

2nd - 3:00pm to 11:20pm

This requires the candidates to be able to lift over 50 lbs repeatedly throughout their shift.

Ensure all department rules and processes are followed. Alerts manager of system issues or other issues impacting productivity.

Ensures vendor compliance with quality standards and/or regulatory requirements established by the government or by the client organization.

Collaborates with Information Technology departments to develop knowledge-sharing technology products or solutions.

Adheres to all critical operations and client specific requirements.

Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

Bachelor’s degree in business/management, higher education, student development, or related field

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Master’s degree and direct experience in online education

Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and proven success in managing across multiple stakeholders

Must demonstrate a service-oriented attitude for working with faculty and students. Knowledge of CRM systems

Ability to lead and manage the execution of processes and projects within a team environment
