Principal Capital Project Engineer Jobs

Intermediate ability to assess compliance of firm’s market, credit and liquidity risk management frameworks with the aforementioned rules

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Computer Forensics, Data Analytics or related fields preferred. Advanced degree/certification a plus.

Intermediate ability to assess member firm’s compliance with the SEA Rule 15c3-1(Appendix E) and other applicable rules and regulatory requirements

Intermediate ability to evaluate systems and procedures for the establishment and implementation of comprehensive internal controls to effectively manage risk.

Intermediate knowledge of FINRA's nine risk fundamentals

Demonstrate and apply good working knowledge of solar, electrical and/or building industry codes and construction practices especially NEC.

Apply experience in the design, construction, and/or operation of solar/storage facilities to ensure successful completion of a portfolio of projects.

Experience using PVSyst, SAM or other commercial solar energy modeling programs.

Proven analytical capabilities in solar energy assessment, circuit protection and fault analysis, and optimal solar and storage sizing.

Share knowledge and provide technical support to others, fostering continuous improvement across the team.

Experience designing with AutoCAD or Civil3D.

10+ years of Project Management experience

Strong waterfall and agile experience

Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams

Demonstrated experience with Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, and other PM tools

PMP, CSM or other certifications are strong preferred

Mplement process improvements and share knowledge to enhance project management practices within the organization.

Extensive experience in project management, including leading complex projects from initiation to closure.

Clinical Evaluation and Project Management experience

Management of schedule and resourcing for projects

5-8 years with bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

Strong technical skills with Excel and MS Project

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clinical or Financial planning systems experience

8+ years of progressive capital project engineering/management experience within industrial manufacturing environments.

Lead cradle-to-grave execution of large-scale, complex capex projects in compliance with project management processes and company standards.

Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

Manage and oversee activities of internal personnel and external contractors.

Proven experience successfully leading large capex projects ($40MM+)

Provide accountability for cost and schedule controls. Track and report upon progress.

Ability to work effectively, and have demonstrated documentation skills

Ability to analyze situations and systems to develop or identify optimized solutions in line with project scope, time and cost
