5+ years of product management, program management, or general business/technology/marketing management

Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience with end to end product delivery, from idea creation/definition through launch

5+ years of experience negotiating and guiding product roadmap and strategy discussions with cross-functional stakeholders

A proven track record of building new, innovative, and engaging customer experiences informed by customer data and anecdotes

Skillset to properly escalate issues to management, controls team and front office sales and trading teams.

Point of contact for Account Management, Operations, Prematching, Settlements, Cash Processing, on trade booking / issue resolution

3 years minimum experience at a Trade Support/Middle Office/Settlements role is required

Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Convertible Bonds, Options, Treasury bonds is required

Inputs and manages data for the maintenance management database

Follows all Safety rules and regulations for a safe work environment

Coordinates and participates in PMs

Understands and troubleshoots machinery in assigned areas of the Manufacturing process.

Interfaces with all related functions (ie. Production, Quality, Engineering, Support).

Performs Lockout/Tagout procedures whenever working on equipment.

Providing Sales and Account Management with regular updates on the clients’ activity and trends

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess excellent presentation, persuasive speaking, negotiation, and oral skills

Good general knowledge of markets and operations and settlement functions
