Primary Health Care Technician Jobs

Manage program specific partnerships with various stakeholders including leadership at affiliated institutions.

Lead the program by being the primary point person.

Serve as the liaison between CNHS and external stakeholders as needed

Communicate barriers, challenges and any other issues that affect progress.

May be responsible for appropriate use of funds and resources.

Prepare documentation and projections to support new programs and the budget planning process.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Knowledgeable and skilled in nursing care techniques.

Ability to learn behavior management interventions and support counseling relationships.

$26.09 - $37.92 per hour

Pay: $19.50 - $28.00 per hour depending on level of experience, skill proficiency, education and certifications.

Management prefers candidates with the following

Experience working with individuals diagnosed with a mental illness and/or co-occurring substance abuse.

Associates degree or certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program required

Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred

Proficient in computer skills, including the use of a computer (keyboarding and the mouse), Microsoft Word and email

Desire and skill to meet the needs of the outpatient

High School graduate or GED equivalent

Mental and physical health sufficient to withstand strenuous activity, bending, lifting, walking

Performs basic clerical duties such as filing, taking and delivering messages, data entry, as assigned.

The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of High School or the equivalent.

Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or certification within 90 days of hire.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and effectively utilize department specific software systems.

Ability to effectively perform or learn technical skills to perform essential functions within allocated time frame.

Cleans and maintains exam and treatment rooms and stocks clinical supplies and equipment. Escorts patients to exam/treatment rooms.
