Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field

8-10 years of progressive experience in pricing strategy within the retail industry, with a focus on off-price or discount retail

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in pricing analysis, competitive analysis and pricing tool implementations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and business intelligence software

Strong people management skills to build, develop, manage, and drive a team’s performance through coaching and motivation

Oversee the management of a team of Pricing Analysts and Associates moving Orchard’s Pricing discipline forward

Adept with technology and experienced with analytics and reporting tooling

Build out and monitor KPIs, metrics, and SLAs that help attain Pricing’s mission of extreme speed and accuracy in all valuations

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with evolving priorities
