2-4 years experience in a retail environment

Basic SQL skills a plus (pulling data, manipulating tables, joining tables, writing queries on the spot)

Pricing Manager is responsible for presenting loan terms and conditions to the borrower

Pricing Manager works directly with our Sales Executives, Underwriters and Funding to ensure an easy process for our borrowers

Understands how to manage a pipeline effectively.

Has a strong knowledge of loan products (conventional, jumbo and government).
