Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment

Supervise the press work force, while providing functional, technical and process leadership.

Conduct pre-shift meetings with hourly direct reports to discuss agenda for the day and any safety updates.

Ensure the execution of the three operational imperatives within the department to meet Company objectives.

Complete TMOS training, and implement concepts within the department as expected of leaders within the plant.

Ensure production schedules are followed with on time delivery a key metric.

Provide feedback to scheduling on ways to improve throughput while still minimizing waste such as overproduction.

Strong organizational and project management skills essential.

Manage media operations for a variety of campaigns.

Minimum 4-5 years or more of relevant experience in media relations and/or communications.

Experience developing and implementing communication plans.

Excellent writing and editing skills required, preferably involving public policy, with an emphasis on science and/or environmental issues.

Experience with political and policy advocacy at the federal and/or state levels is preferred.

Extremely sharp organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of projects, tasks, and files;

Minimum of 8 years experience in media relations or journalism; 

Strong experience in media and press strategy including print, broadcast and digital;

Experience in advocacy or a legal field is preferred;

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate professionally under intense pressure; 

Exceptional writing, editing and messaging skills;

Qualification & Requirements of Punch Press Operator:

Duties And Responsibilities Of Punch Press Operator

Performs operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming based on blueprints and other instructions.

Keeps a record of operational data and performs routine equipment maintenance.

Monitors work schedule to ascertain production information, such as size, type, and quantity to be processed.

HS Diploma / GED preferred

Extensive experience leading strategic communications, narrative organizing, and change management processes.

This position offers a salary of $75,000 and is eligible for benefits.
