Preschool Behavior Technician Jobs in Iowa

Preferred candidates will have RBT certification and prior knowledge of ABA and its applications

Good skills in data collection

Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.

Dependable, organized, and professional attitude

Are sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse populations

Have the ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations with clients

Work with a case manager in case management and coordination of services

Patience, problem-solving skills, discretion, ability to think on your feet, creativity

Strong interpersonal and writing skills

Bachelor's degree or coursework in psychology, education or a related field preferred

Pay rate $23-$33 per hour based on experience
