Premium Concierge – Basketball Operations Jobs

Conduct data entry projects using Excel or CSV.

Organize and co-manage prospect lists and scouting documents.

2+ years of team operations experience is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of amateur, collegiate, and/or professional basketball.

Previous experience with video platforms such as Synergy, HUDL, and/or Hoop 1 is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and effective communication techniques.

Working closely with Manager of Basketball Operations, Manager of Player Development, and Coaching Staff to effectively and efficiently complete all responsibilities.

Assist with team travel responsibilities

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years of basketball, operations, or any other sport related experience

Interpersonal skills - ability to listens to others, anticipate team needs, and an eagerness to learn on the job

Adaptability and flexibility - adapt to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent changes

Manage babysitters on game by game basis

Coordinate the game night experience for players and coaches’ families and guests

Manage and keep updated player and coaches contact list

Bachelor’s degree from a credited four year college or university or five years related work experience.
