Strong knowledge of shopper marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and agencies.

Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of shopper marketing professionals.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, on-premise dynamics, and marketing techniques applicable to the food and beverage industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute shopper marketing strategies specifically tailored for on-premise establishments.

Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management.

Educates account staff on priority brands by administering educational staff training seminars.

Manages customer account receivables by timely processing of credits and returns and communicating with accounts on aged receivables.

Supports account openings by developing opening orders for new accounts in collaboration with Field Sales Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales
