Overview The Predictive Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the predictive maintenance program for a company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become costly problems. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising maintenance staff, monitoring maintenance activities, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner. Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in predictive maintenance

• Certification in predictive maintenance (preferred)

• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations
