Assists Site Coordinator with the preparation of both Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Dining

Recruits, as necessary, support staff and volunteers

Executes ESMV's Meals on Wheels Not Home Policy for immediate follow up

Attends staff meetings and completes all ESMV required training as needed

Maintains the highest level of customer service standards at all times

Communicates professionally and effectively with all clients, ESMV staff members, community representatives, family members and the public

7+ years of high-level technical management experience in sports nutrition.

Understanding of the demands of the MMA sport (i.e. physical, physiology, gender-specific, weight categories, weight management, travel requirements, etc.).

Develops and implements support systems to aid in athlete assessments, and data collection and management.

Performs other tasks, projects, and responsibilities to establish a world class performance facility.

Certification as a Registered Dietician and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and/or Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).

Previous experience working effectively in a high-performance environment with elite athletes and coaches.

Participate in professional continuing education, skills training, and professional meetings to enhance relevant technical skills and career development.

Strong interpersonal and cross‐cultural skills and the ability to work within a team setting and manage multiple tasks.

Plan, facilitate and deliver important technical presentations at international and domestic meetings, workshops and conferences as required.

Complete and execute an Individual Learning and Training Plan and Annual Work Plan.

Travel internationally and domestically up to 30% of the time.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Offer up to 5 hours of office hours per week.

Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Teach graduate-level nutrition course(s), policy, and theory courses for up to 40 students.

Respond to student questions and concerns via emails, face-to-face, and online curriculum databases.

Update course material assigned to teach to ensure information is timely and accurate.

Attend faculty and staff meetings bi-monthly.
