Manages the client finance team who are responsible for benefit eligibility, coverage verification, treatment authorizations and financial records of all clients.

Manages and oversees daily administrative Operations: Including filing, scheduling, medication refills and prioritized needs of the clinical and medical teams.

Manages and oversees the creation of staff schedules, including scheduling of Initial Assessment and Psychiatric Evaluations.

Manages utilization of Available Clinic hours in order to maximize productivity and ensure timely access to services.

Depending on the assigned location additional responsibilities will include:

Manages the process of identifying co-payments for commercial insurance, including establishing fee agreements and following up on payments.

A minimum of three years management experience, required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Develop clientele management strategies including retention, ACT maximization, reminder system management and client care improvements.

Preference will be given to B.A. Management or Leadership, M.B.A., CVPM and CVT/LVT candidates.

Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT (division strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats); analyze and implement effective responses.

Former veterinary experience is preferred.
