5+ years’ experience in healthcare corporate development or private equity, ideally with experience working directly with physicians and their staff
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to adapt communications to varying audiences
Leading all aspects of the partnership process, including practice partner marketing & communications, sourcing, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing
Performing financial and data analysis including financial modeling in support of bringing on practices
Representing LifeFlow Partners professionally and effectively in meetings, trade shows, and other events
Contributing beyond practice development as a vital member of the LifeFlow Partners leadership team

They will work with healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practice standards. They will also provide education and training on the latest evidence-based practices.
