Job Description

Director, Practice Development

LifeFlow Partners LLC is seeking an accomplished, energetic corporate development executive to lead practice development and partnerships for a novel physician-owned, private equity-backed endovascular and interventional practice partnership. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and M&A experience, with an emphasis on healthcare. The Director, Practice Development will report to the Chief Executive Officer of LifeFlow Partners.

The Director, Practice Development will be responsible for the organization’s M&A strategy including but not limited to M&A origination and execution. The role will include:

  • Leading all aspects of the partnership process, including practice partner marketing & communications, sourcing, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing
  • Contributing beyond practice development as a vital member of the LifeFlow Partners leadership team
  • Performing financial and data analysis including financial modeling in support of bringing on practices
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of qualified, prospective practices to assess, pursue, and close partnerships, and maintain accurate, current records within Salesforce and other applications
  • Representing LifeFlow Partners professionally and effectively in meetings, trade shows, and other events
  • Functioning well as an individual, leader, and team member, with the ability to define and accomplish their own objectives in support of those of the team

Travel (25-40%) is anticipated.

Desired qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to adapt communications to varying audiences
  • 5+ years’ experience in healthcare corporate development or private equity, ideally with experience working directly with physicians and their staff
  • Collegial, consultative, and principled, with a track record of learning quickly, being adaptable, and succeeding in fluid environments
