Minimum of Associates Degree or two years industry experience

Testing and analysis experience in industry

Executing tests as needed for RD team, such as tensile testing, laser testing, chemical capability testing

Prototype and test new engineering designs by building and testing hardware

Keep our growing fleet of experimental 3D printers running at peak performance

Operate test equipment and set up test stands and machines

Analyze and interpret test samples and results and provide accurate data to test requestors in an efficient and timely manner

Partner with test engineers, and development engineers to develop new tests

Organize and maintain lab space, equipment, tools, and supplies

Identify and implement improvements for test lab processes and fixtures

Apply Lean principles to improve test operations efficiency and effectiveness

Assist with technical assistance to customers with problems requiring intimate technical knowledge of systems and products.

Working knowledge with Personal Computers and high-level languages such as Pascal, Basic, “C.”, C++.NET, and LabView.

Working knowledge with Programmable Logic Controllers and Ladder Logic.

Working knowledge with PC communications Protocols ie Modbus, TCP/IP(Internet Protocol). Familiar with SQL and Access Databases.

Knowledge of Positive Displacement, Turbine and Ultrasonic flow meters, provers, meter proving, instrumentation and Metrology.

Inspect the software code to assure it meets standards and product specifications.

Experience with electronic assembly and test in a medical device industry preferred.

Experience in troubleshooting equipment, building and or testing of electronic assemblies

Working knowledge of IPC standards and use of complex tools and equipment specific to functional areas

Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments preferred

Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
