Power Plant Operations Technician Jobs in Colorado

Good computer skills such as email, word, excel and any type of measuring device software.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of hand tools.

Must be able to push and pull 100 pounds and lift routinely 50 lbs.

Possess the ability to follow instructions and understanding of what is being communicated.

Must be willing to work or travel at moment’s notice.

Previous Power Plant Apprentice training pay can be adjusted based on experience/certifications.

Physical requirements of climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions

This position is subject to 24-hour call-outs and rotating weekend standby based on knowledge and/or training opportunities.

Relevant experience with mechanical or electrical equipment and systems is valued

Knowledge in any of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical principles and theories is valued

Basic knowledge of mathematics, algebra, and trigonometry is valued
