Post Production Manager Jobs in Florida

Minimum of 5 years management experience with 3 years of post-closing experience required

Appropriately update work statuses and locations in document management system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Management of department employee’s hours worked, PTO, requests, Etc.

Experience with manufactured home mortgage lending, closing and titling process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Knowledge of Construction to Permanent mortgage financing

Ability to apply notes given from management

South Florida based position (working remotely not an option)

4+ years previous professional video editing experience required

Working knowledge of video production

Knowledge of digital media including codec, image types, resolutions, and frame rates

Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics (preferred but not required)

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with acute attention to detail.

Familiarity with budget management and financial principles.

Collaborate with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
