Utilize remote desktop software/services to manage/support deployed workstations.
Manage organizational Printers (currently 3) and Peripherals.
Create knowledge articles to allow Tier 0 support for workforce.
Manage organizational Informational Technology Device inventory (laptops, MFAs, peripherals, etc..)
Manage office network infrastructure (with assistance from Network SMEs), Infrastructure includes CAT-5 cabling, router, switches, and Wireless access points.

This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring POS systems, and providing customer service. The IT POS Technician must be able to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, as well as provide training and support to customers. The IT POS Technician must also be able to install and configure POS systems, as well as maintain and update existing systems. Job Skills Required
