Job Description
Are you a skilled IT technician with a passion for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)? RBR-Technologies is looking to hire a driven Information Technology technician to provide direct support for our company's user base. RBR utilizes Microsoft 365 for all corporate infrastructure, has 140+ users, and a $1M+ IT budget. This position is a hands on and will grow with the company.

Responsibilities


The roles and responsibilities for the IT Technician include:


  • Investigate system alerts and take appropriate actions as identified as organizational incident response plan.
  • Perform troubleshooting for Device problems and provide replacement devices when appropriate.
  • Manage office network infrastructure (with assistance from Network SMEs), Infrastructure includes CAT-5 cabling, router, switches, and Wireless access points.
  • Assist user base with understanding device functionality.
  • Manage organizational Informational Technology Device inventory (laptops, MFAs, peripherals, etc..)
  • Create incident tickets and document resolving actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Present the Information Technology portion of on-boarding to new hires.
  • Manage organizational Printers (currently 3) and Peripherals.
  • Monitor support request queues
  • Create, Modify, and Delete user Accounts
  • Perform License and Account Audits
  • Utilize remote desktop software/services to manage/support deployed workstations.
  • Draft and provide weekly IT support activity reporting to organizational leadership.
  • Provide Basic end-user training/familiarization on standard baseline software (Windows 10, One-Drive, Teams, Outook, and Adobe Pro).
  • Triage support requests, take resolving actions, and escalate or close support requests.
  • Create knowledge articles to allow Tier 0 support for workforce.
  • Maintain organizational network/system documents in Visio (Physical Network Diagram, Logical Network Diagram, and rack Elevations).
  • Install software packages to user workstations
  • Baseline User Workstations
  • Create, Modify, and Delete Distribution Lists, Security Groups, and Shared Mailboxes
  • Provision and Issue MFA Tokens

Summary
Reporting to the Truck Sales Manager, the incumbent develops and maintains Seneca Tank's customer base. The Representative is responsible for sourcing prospective customers, deepening existing customer relationships, preparing quotes, and securing orders. The incumbent also collaborates with Production Department staff to ensure the leading customer experience for all orders produced.
Assigned Territory
Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin
Supervisory Responsibility
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Appearance And Conduct
  • Vehicle must be clean and properly maintained all times when used for meeting with customers
  • Clothing must be clean and meet Seneca Tank's standards (i.e., dress slacks and white, blue, or black shirts with collars bearing the Seneca Tank logo)
  • Must maintain clean and neat appearance, including reasonable hair length as determined by the Director
  • Must refrain from using profanity and crude language
Special Conditions Of Employment
  • Must possess and maintain current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
  • Must possess and maintain Class C - Operator's license and Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker and air brake endorsements (hazardous materials endorsement preferred)
  • More than 40 hours of work may be required during any week to meet customer and company needs
  • Must meet and maintain Company insurability standards
  • Upon receiving conditional offer of employment, job candidates are required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug-screen
  • Frequent travel is required, often involving up to several hour of driving per day, including overnight trips
  • Incumbent is subject to random drug testing
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Engineering, or Transportation Logistics, preferred.
