Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, engineering, or economics, minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an analyst for an investment firm, investment bank, consulting firm, or other similar professional exposure.

Experience with public market valuation concepts, including comparable analyses, NAV, etc. a plus.

Proficient use and knowledge of excel in order to support cash flow modeling and quantitative analyses and data aggregation.

Command of private equity and real estate valuation concepts, including DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rates, and replacement cost.

At least 2-6 years of professional experience as an alternative investment manager in a portfolio management support role.

Provide timely support to clients, senior management, internal groups, and underlying fund sponsors through regular communications and ongoing diligence.

A good understanding of the concepts surrounding asset management operations from the front office to back office.

Work closely with portfolio managers and associates from various programs on deal closing, and asset allocation among affiliate entities.

BS or MS in Accounting, Finance, or a related major.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance at top-tier technology company

Manage our internal product across banking rails and product / commercial modeling

Contribute to our robust Capital Markets framework, including interfacing with investors and lenders and driving forward reporting requirements

Additional Duties / Candidate Background

1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting related roles

Degree in accounting or finance is a plus

Expert level Microsoft Excel skills including modeling, array functions, pivot tables

2+ years of experience in Hedge Fund or Equity Financing.

Experience trading multiple Delta One products, including equity and index futures, forwards, swaps, ETFs.
