8-10 years of related experience

Experience with data architecture and systems implementation

Experience with Alteryx and PowerBI a plus

Assist in the development and implementation of business processes to identify opportunities and drive growth

Help prepare quarterly external reporting and assist with the completion of ad-hoc deliverables related to internal reporting or data requests

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar

Collaborate with Compass leadership to prioritize areas that would benefit from analytics

5-7 years of experience in quantitative, analytical and/or client-facing businesses

Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role Persuasive and professional communication skills (presentations, documents, emails)

Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships with Compass executives, sector leadership, and the client that foster effective cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment

Create reporting (dashboards, slide decks, status updates) standards and formats for the client, operator, and executive use

Establish and constantly refine the process for client engagement to drive innovation, optimization, and value to clients

Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills; proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against demanding deadlines

Play a critical role in the organization and be a strategic right-hand person to the CEO and Head of Finance

Program manage and work with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority, needle-moving growth, and optimization initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

3+ years of experience in Statistical model building, SQL/R/Python querying, and business analysis

Build tools, provide geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights, and recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams

Minimum of B.S. degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

6-7+ total years of related financial experience, which may include public accounting

2+ years of experience working in PE Real Estate industry strongly desired

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, eFront Software a plus

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff and interns

Interest and experience in finance is a plus

1-5 years of Java and/or C# experience

TypeScript and/orJavaScript and CSS experience is nice to have

Scala or other functional programming experience is nice to have(F#, Haskell, PureScript, etc.)

Able to work well individually and with a team

Strong work ethic, self-starter, and results oriented
