Drafting loan agreements, lease agreements, indentures, note purchase agreements, and/or offering documents for the above types of transactions

Representing lenders in workout transactions

Completing due diligence review of material agreements, organizational documents, and/or lien searches

Preparing corporate housekeeping documents, financing statements, and other ancillary documents needed for closing

Candidates must be members in good standing or eligible to waive into the California Bar.

Must have a working knowledge of restaurant management and operations.

Must have strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Participate in Weekly Managers Meeting (WMM) with MINA GROUP.

2-3 years of culinary & wine experience, preferably in a fine dining environment.

Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with a variety of business partners.

Prior experience with accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS systems.

Pull vehicles in and out of wash bays from service drive or parking areas.

Wash, dry and vacuum customer service vehicles, new cars, and loaner cars.

Minor detail work, i.e. vacuum interior, shine tires and rims, clean windshields, etc.

Maintain work area and follow all safety regulations
