1 year previous experience preferred

Proficient knowledge in pump room operations and water chemistry

Knowledge of repair and electrical operation including diagnostics

Previous experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, water chemistry, and equipment operation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Perform regular cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing the pool walls and floor.

Empty and clean skimmer baskets and pool filters to maintain optimal filtration.

Monitor and maintain proper water levels and circulation in the pool.

You have previous experience preferred

You achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

You have exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are well organized

Cleaning pools efficiently to meet and exceed Boyne standards

Reporting safety concerns to supervisor immediately

Ensuring pool is ready for guest service

Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills

Perform and complete assigned tasks from management as needed

Common Pool knowledge is preferred but can be learned

Provide exemplary service to guests and ambassadors

Clean Pools & Attractions and maintain water quality

Complete appropriate paperwork associated with pool testing
