They must be able to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and ensure that all safety regulations are followed. They must be able to greet guests, answer questions, and provide assistance with any requests. They must also be able to set up and maintain the pool or beach area, including cleaning and organizing the area. They must also be able to serve food and drinks to guests and ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Job Skills Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of pool and beach safety regulations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Food safety certification (if applicable)
• CPR and First Aid certification
