Policy Technical Program Manager Jobs

Experience developing, implementing, and refining (product and user) policies and operational guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Support training and onboarding of team members; mentors/coaches in career development of Project and/or Program Managers

Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage complex data sets to independently solve business problems.

Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with diverse teams across Operations, Analytics, PR/Marketing, & Product to drive outcomes.

Two-sided marketplace experience is preferred

Leverage data to inform policy decisions and analyze impact.

Program and project management certifications are a plus (PMP, PgMP, CSM, CSPO, SP, SSM, etc.)

Working knowledge of program/project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft 365/Teams applications, etc.)

Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

Using management tools and technologies to support tracking, status reporting, collaboration, and workflow management

Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods

Bachelor's Degree or higher - equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
