High level Roles & Responsibilities include:

Shepherd document owners through the HR Policy Governance process; including Council & Policy Committee requirements.

Manage global projects in scope for:

Manages Global HR Policy Governance inquiries, mailbox.

Experience applying relevant records management laws and regulations.

Direct client management within a complex, highly technical government IT organization.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including technical writing/editorial experience, and senior executive leadership engagement.

Five (5) years of experience implementing, managing, and continuously improving official policy, clearance, and documentation processes

Experience providing holistic Clearance-related support for a Government agency

Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
