Description


JPI is seeking a Policy and Clearance Consultant who possesses skills and proven success managing comprehensive policy and clearance management processes for large, Government Information Technology (IT) organizations. Please note that this position is contingent upon anticipated award.

Responsibilities Include


  • Establishing and maintaining tracking mechanism(s) for all clearance items; tracking items in a centralized location and provide reports to leadership upon request.
  • Coordinating with appropriate offices to perform policy compliance monitoring, as applicable for each official document.
  • Providing support for other compliance activities (e.g., audit tracking and reporting) as needed.
  • Coordinating with Front Office to properly complete reviews and approvals for all products and activities requiring Division-level clearance.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Policy Compliance mailbox and responding to any official document or clearance-related questions.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the Clearance Request mailbox and responding to clearance-related items; ensure incoming and outgoing mail is tracked in an organized manner.
  • Coordinating with Executive Secretariat to properly complete reviews and approvals for all products and activities requiring Bureau-level clearance.
  • Coordinating reviews of policies to understand potential impacts to client, including escalating to the correct resources/leads with appropriate subject matter knowledge, and ensure timely responses.
  • Developing and delivering policy and compliance trainings and communications to support client employees and contractors, as needed.


Requirements


  • Experience with SharePoint and ServiceNow.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Direct client management within a complex, highly technical government IT organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent
  • Experience applying relevant records management laws and regulations.
  • Experience reviewing deliverables to deliver high-quality results and work products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including technical writing/editorial experience, and senior executive leadership engagement.
  • Experience providing holistic Clearance-related support for a Government agency
  • Five (5) years of experience implementing, managing, and continuously improving official policy, clearance, and documentation processes


Preferred Requirements


  • Existing Clearance or Public Trust
  • Experience supporting government financial regulators (e.g., CFPB, SEC, FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, FRB, and NCUA) and/or financial services organizations (Banks, Credit Unions, etc.)
