Strong understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management

Leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manages project risk.

Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.

Deliver high quality reporting to project stakeholder’s senior management and clients, as needed.

Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.

Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.

Thorough knowledge of the ESRI ecosystem (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online);

Knowledge of basic GIS concepts (mapping, GPS, GIS, data integration, coordinate systems, etc.);

Excellent analytical and reporting abilities;

Demonstrated excellence in written communication and presentation abilities

2+ years of professional experience working with GIS data and ESRI products;

2+ years of experience working in multi-discipline teams with proven ability to collaborate;

Experience in the creation of GIS data, data management, and QA/QC

Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills

Undergraduate degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional GIS experience (consulting experience preferred)

Cartographic experience including the design of maps for reports, the web, posters, etc.

Basic GIS Programming/Scripting experience in Python - ability to read and make modifications to existing scripts

Effective technical writing skills and clear verbal communication skills
