Job Description
Job Summary


The main function of a project management analyst is to provide support for PMO tasks including financial planning, project planning, and executive management meeting preparations.


Job Responsibilities


  • Determines and discerns detailed requirements on mid-to-large scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes.
  • Deliver high quality reporting to project stakeholder’s senior management and clients, as needed.
  • Create project plans against each program/ initiative on weekly/monthly basis and track its status till closure, highlighting risks and gaps.
  • Assesses project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
  • Perform PMO tasks supporting the Client Delivery change activities for client Accounts.
  • Leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manages project risk.
  • Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
  • Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.
  • Work with project intake team to ensure all key data on new project requests reflect their status and any documentation generated are in line with established norms.
  • Establishes and coordinates team members and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
  • Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.
  • Create monthly portfolio reports.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and key leadership managements in all aspects of governance and P&L accounting, revenue, opportunities and Customer handling and management of key metrics like NPS, CSAT, SLA, Account Retention, etc.
  • Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases and utilizes historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate key insights and performance metrics.
  • You will be required to create cost/benefit analysis to support key decisioning where multiple options exist, and you will be expected to target and lead these discussions/presentations with appropriate, often senior stakeholders.


Job Qualifications


  • Ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management
  • Strong documentation and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.


Education And Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
  • 5+ years of experience required.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
