Job Description of Plastic Surgeon Receptionist The Plastic Surgeon Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors of the plastic surgery practice. The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors and is expected to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist is also responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. Job Skills Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of medical terminology
