As a Utility Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

General knowledge of state-of-the-art health and medical issues to provide resource information to employees and management.

Good communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and negotiating skills with an ability to develop trust and rapport with employees, departments, and management team.

Extensive knowledge on leave management such as FMLA, STD, LTD

In-depth knowledge of company programs, policies, and procedures to make appropriate decisions and referrals.

Knowledge of medical services and other community resources to make appropriate referrals and appointments as needed.

Must have certifications in Spirometry, Audiometry, and be CPR/AED certified

3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment with cost accounting responsibilities

3+ years of professional experience growing plants and deep understanding of plant physiology

Research experience focusing on plant physiology or plant nutrition

Research experience with plant fertilizers

Research experience with multiple plant species

A two-year degree and/or 3 years experience in related field is required.

Responsible for preparation and analysis of daily plant, cooler, and warehouse loss reports. Includes:

Input and reconciliation of raw milk hauling tickets.

• At least 3 years' experience in the manufacturing environment

Environmental Protection Agency Certification (EPA) or commitment to get certified within six months of hire.

This position is eligible for the following benefits:

Five years of experience in the maintenance of equipment such as industrial power boilers, steam and/or gas turbine driven generators.

Three years experience with industrial or commercial chilling equipment.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Work with procurement to ensure parts, tools, consumables, and PPE are available for all maintenance related work to be performed.

Perform general housekeeping to ensure the work site is kept clean and ensure all tools, ladders, and containers/materials are accurately stored.
