They must be knowledgeable in a variety of areas, including mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with plant equipment and systems. They must be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. They must be able to perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems. They must be able to operate and monitor plant equipment and systems. They must be able to identify and report any safety issues. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with plant equipment and systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Job Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
